3 Creative Casserole Recipes To Help You Whip Up Dinner ASAP
If you haven’t yet attempted a casserole at this point in your life, take this as your sign to make one for dinner this week!
I love them for many reasons, one being that they honestly help you whip up dinner ASAP since you dump everything into a baking dish, put it in the oven, and you’re done!
A second reason why I’m a casserole fan is that the clean-up is super easy since you usually only have one dish to worry about.
And a third reason to be a casserole cheerleader? There are a lot of creative ideas out there that will make your next meal more exciting. Casseroles are not boring, I promise.
So, let’s jump right into three creative casseroles for you to try!
Toddler-Approved Ground Beef Casserole
This casserole from TikToker @alygracemarr is toddler-approved and similar to a cowboy casserole.
Ingredients:
- 1 Package of ground beef
- 1 Pound of shredded hash browns
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Can of corn, drained
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1/4 Cup melted butter
- 2 Cups shredded cheese
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Garlic Salt
- Cajun seasoning
Instructions:
In a pot on the stove, add your onion and some butter first, then ground beef. Season this with the onion powder, garlic powder, garlic salt, and cajun seasoning.
In a bowl, take your melted butter and cream of mushroom soup and combine it with the drained corn and sour cream.
Put the hash browns in with the ground beef, stir, and then add the bowl with your cream of mushroom soup mixture.
Stir well, then transfer everything to a greased baking dish. Top with your shredded cheese, and bake in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole
This chicken enchilada casserole from TikToker @lowcarblove is, well, low carb for the win!
Mayra is the woman behind the account, and she makes a lot of exciting things, this casserole being one of my favorites.
Ingredients:
- 1 Package of frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 Rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 Can of green enchilada sauce
- Your favorite shredded cheese
Instructions:
Microwave your frozen cauliflower rice, then drain out the water and add it to the bottom of your baking dish.
Next, place a layer of your shredded rotisserie chicken over the cauliflower rice. Open up your canned enchilada sauce and pour it over the top. Finally, layer on your favorite shredded cheese.
Throw this in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes, and you’re all done! You can top it with your favorite salsa or more enchilada sauce if you so choose.

Pizza Casserole
Our final casserole from TikToker @brunchwithbabs is certainly the simplest, with just four ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 1 Box of Pasta
- 1 Jar of your favorite marinara sauce
- 3 Cups of water
- Pepperoni slices
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Grab a baking dish, and throw in your box of pasta and a jar of sauce. Add 3 cups of water and cover the top with pepperoni slices.
Stir, then cover it tightly with tin foil. Place in the oven for 25 minutes (she doesn’t say what temp to set your oven at, but 375 should do).
After 25 minutes, carefully remove the foil and add shredded cheese as well as a few more pepperoni.
Put it back in the oven until your cheese is bubbly (so, like, 10 more minutes). Then you’re done!
