She thought it was a beautiful moment at the time, but in hindsight, he wasn’t crying tears of happiness at all.

Moving on to the reception, the bride and groom mingled in their own circles and didn’t spend a ton of time together, but to her, that was pretty normal.

All the guests wanted to have time with the bride and groom, so it looked like they were being pulled in different directions due to all of the attention they were receiving.

The reception was held outdoors, and then she witnessed the bride and groom walking into the venue alone.

They spent quite a long time inside, and the bride later on exited the venue, but the groom was not with her. The bride chit-chatted with her family but then noticed the groom was nowhere to be found.

“After a while of searching, we found him wandering around outside, “going for a walk,” she said. “Bride was pretty distraught at this point. I will add that the groom did have a good amount to drink during the party.”

“Apparently, when they went inside the venue, he was angry at her for not spending enough time with him during the party and said they were hardly together the whole night. Once he got back from his little walk, they were just arguing inside their room, I guess.”

“At this point, a lot of guests were leaving, and the ones left- me, my husband, the rest of the wedding party, and their immediate families- didn’t really know what to do. We were supposed to do a big send-off for them, so we were just kind of waiting for that.”

As they waited around for the bride and groom, they kept themselves busy helping pull down all of the chairs and tables and loading them up.

Eventually, she and the rest of the bridesmaids went to get the bride to see what was going on, as she appeared upset.

It was then that she found out the groom took off his wedding ring and told the bride he wasn’t positive he wanted to be married to her.
