She thinks it’s a key thing to note that her husband does not wear his wedding ring at work, as it is considered to be a safety risk due to his profession.
“I saw her a couple [of] times on the rare occasion that I picked him up from work,” she said. “She was clearly hanging around a few minutes late until he got picked up.”
“But I never saw them be inappropriate, and the way my husband looked at her was like pity and mild disgust. He’d complain about how young and annoying she was and everything she messed up at work that day on the way home.”
“She then started inviting him to things. I was never invited; my husband declined all of the invites. She bought him gifts for holidays; he declined to accept them. I am, well was, very confident in my relationship and was not threatened by any of this. After all, he married me, we were building a future together, she was following him around at work being rejected at every turn.”
Three months ago, her husband stepped away from his phone, and she saw that he was getting some messages.
They have an open phone policy, and when she curiously checked his phone, she realized he was getting messages on Instagram.
However, she always thought her husband didn’t even have an account on this platform. She investigated further and found out that her husband has been talking to his coworker there, and they have been carrying out an affair since August of last year.
The messages between them were steamy, and this girl was all over her husband, acting very loving.
“She seemed to be very attached to him; I would use the word infatuated,” she added. “I gathered they hadn’t [slept together], but he may have [done other things], and they’ve definitely made out.”
“They don’t see each other away from work, but there are a few places around the shop where they’ve snuck off together. If he told her we were married, he must have told her that it was a miserable marriage because, in the messages, she refers to “his situation” as the reason they can’t really be together.”
Her husband didn’t say he would end up in a relationship with this girl, though clearly, that is what this girl is after.
