She Has No Interest In Ever Getting Married Because She Doesn’t Want To Risk Her Career Or Job Security, But A Guy She’s Seeing Thinks She’ll Regret That Later

“He thinks it’s just an excuse to avoid commitment and that I’ll ‘regret it’ later. He actually told me that no marriage means I’m not taking relationships seriously,” she revealed.

She’s confided in a few friends about this as well, and a few of them accused her of being “too rigid,” saying that she couldn’t possibly know what would happen in the future.

Still, she genuinely cannot imagine how becoming a wife would improve her life.

“It feels like too much of a gamble when I’ve worked so hard to build my career and secure my independence,” she vented.

Nonetheless, in the wake of her friends’ comments, she can’t help but wonder if prioritizing her job security and never wanting to tie the knot is really so crazy.

Is she free to prioritize what she values most in her life, whether that’s her work or a relationship? Should she feel pressured into taking the more traditional route or not?
