His Sister Disregarded His Wishes And Announced His Wife’s Pregnancy On Social Media Before They Could Even Tell Her Family The News

Ever since he called her out, though, his sister has begun playing the victim and making him feel guilty about it.

Now, she has deleted the Facebook post, but according to him, the damage has already been done.

Some of his distant family members reached out to share their congratulations, and a bunch of “randoms” they didn’t even know contacted him and his wife, too.

“It’s really upsetting that a bunch of strangers know about our pregnancy before my wife’s family,” he admitted.

Not to mention, a couple of random people have flat-out asked him why he forced his sister to take the Facebook post down. To him, it’s clear that his sister has been acting like the victim, and he finds it so unfortunate.

Part of the reason why he and his wife wanted to have full control over when people heard about the news is because the twins are possibly “mono/mono,” which means his wife’s pregnancy is considered high risk.

“We wanted to be in control of people knowing because of this, and we had no intention of making a post on social media until we were comfortable doing so,” he vented.

“Yes, we are happy and excited, but we also need to be prepared for anything.”

Nonetheless, in the wake of all this drama with his sister, he’s unsure if siding with his wife and feeling infuriated by the Facebook post is justified or an overreaction.

Does he have a right to be annoyed that his sister blatantly ignored a boundary? How would you have reacted to the post if you were in his shoes?
