Her Vegan Brother And His Influencer Girlfriend Are Arguing That If She Doesn’t Make Thanksgiving Meat-Free, They’re Not Coming

She purchased their home when they moved into another one, and her mom has been saying she should be the one to host Thanksgiving this year since it will be more in line with how things have always been for them.

She created a group family chat so that Mark and Pam would have plenty of time to book their travel accommodations, and Pam instantly went on and on about all the recipes she could provide her with to make Thanksgiving entirely meatless.

“I said to send me a main dish recipe they like, and I would give it a shot, but I’m making the traditional meal otherwise, and there should still be plenty of things they can eat,” she added.

“Mark and Pam have been arguing about this with me for days, and then Mark said that if I wouldn’t make a meat-free meal, they wouldn’t come.”

“This upset my mom, who asked me to just make what she made last year to keep the peace, but I told her that Mark needs to get over himself and I’m not coddling him. I’m having turkey on Thanksgiving.”

Mark and Pam say it’s not good enough for her to have dishes they can eat; they want nobody to eat meat on the holiday.

While her dad is on her side, he’s so concerned that Mark’s threats are going to take a toll on her mom’s health.

This very well may be the last year her mom is around for the holidays, and her mom is upset that she’s prioritizing a turkey over her loved ones.

She’s left wondering if it is wrong of her to refuse to cook a vegan Thanksgiving spread to appease Mark and Pam.
