Her Sister’s Fiancé Isn’t Invited To Her Wedding Since He Got Drunk And Said She Wasn’t Exactly A Catch At Her Engagement Party, So Now Her Sister’s Threatening Not To Attend

Her own fiancé was obviously furious. Yet, they both let Matt’s drunken statements go for the sake of her sister.

Nonetheless, the situation left a really bad taste in her mouth, and she couldn’t overlook it while putting together her wedding guest list. And when she and her fiancé sent out their invitations, they opted not to invite Matt after all.

Her sister gave her a call about this a few days later, and she was very upset.

“I told her that after what happened at the engagement party, I didn’t feel comfortable having him at the wedding. I want my day to be filled with love and positivity, and I don’t want to risk Matt causing another scene,” she reasoned.

Instead of understanding that, her sister said that she couldn’t attend without Matt there. Her sister felt like she was forcing her to choose between family and her fiancé and believed that wasn’t fair because Matt would one day be her husband.

“I told her I love her and I want her there, but I’m standing by my decision not to invite Matt,” she revealed.

Her parents have since heard about this, and they took her sister’s side. They think she should let Matt come to avoid any more drama. As for her fiancé, he supports her decision.

Regardless, with her sister threatening to skip her wedding altogether, she’s wondering if forcing her to choose really is a jerky move.

Does Matt deserve to be at her wedding after the stunt he pulled during her engagement party? What advice would you give her?
