She’s tried confiding in loved ones about the situation, too, and they’ve all had mixed reactions. Some friends and family members think her husband deserves a second chance because he made a mistake in the past; meanwhile, others don’t think she should be expected to forgive him.
As for her, she still doesn’t think she can look past this, and she’s not sure if being unable to forgive her husband makes her a jerk.
Does time heal all wounds? Or is it understandable why the cheating still hurts, even if it was long ago? What advice would you give her?
