Her Family Members Kept Gifting Her Baby Inappropriate Clothes, Like Bikinis And Short Shorts, And Got Upset When She Wouldn’t Dress Her Daughter In The Outfits

She politely accepted the presents but put anything she didn’t like away in her closet, never to be looked at again.

Yet, some drama occurred during a recent pool party with her family when she brought her baby wearing a one-piece swimsuit instead of one of the bikinis she was gifted.

“The swimsuit I bought had sleeves and was built for sun protection, whereas the bikini was not,” she reasoned.

“Apparently, several people were hoping they would get to see my baby’s rolls and were disappointed that she showed up long sleeves. I said I didn’t want her to get cold while getting in and out of the water and was concerned about too much sun on her sensitive skin.”

Despite her logical reasoning, some family members were hurt and brought up how they had purchased her baby a lot of outfits that they still hadn’t seen her in.

She reminded her relatives of her feelings about those baby clothes, stood her ground, and stated she refused to put her daughter in something she hated to make other people happy.

Then, a few of them told her she was being rude and ungrateful, but she stood by the fact that her baby was her baby, and she wouldn’t put her in clothes that she and her husband didn’t approve of.

Should she consider dressing her baby in those outfits only for occasions where they’ll see her relatives or stand her ground?
