Kevin had obtained permission to relocate from Tennessee to Florida, where he lived with his parents in Port St. Lucie prior to his disappearance. However, he reportedly didn’t get permission to go on the cruise from his probation officers.
The exact circumstances surrounding Kevin’s disappearance remain unclear, though, and his case is still unsolved.
He was five foot nine, weighed 170 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes.
