His fiancée, on the other hand, believed he went too far by dropping so much cash on that. His mother-in-law also agreed and was downright furious.
“Saying it’s inappropriate to spend that kind of money on anything not wedding-related, especially since we didn’t want to spend more on things she wanted,” he vented.
He only wished to “put his foot down” with his mother-in-law. But, with her so angry now, he’s not sure if going all out on something non-traditional right before the big day was actually a dumb move.
