His Girlfriend Called Him Lazy For Asking Her Best Friend For Proposal Ideas, But He Just Wanted To Make Sure His Girlfriend Liked How He Popped The Question

Well, his girlfriend would not drop it, and he attempted to tell her that he was just working on a surprise, which she’d get in the near future. Still, she simply didn’t buy it.

This led his girlfriend to call up her best friend, who attempted to cover for the proposal by also claiming it was only a “surprise.”

But again, his girlfriend refused to let it go, and eventually, her best friend was forced to spill the beans.

And rather than being excited about getting proposed to or thankful that he was trying to ensure she’d like it, his girlfriend was actually furious at him for going to her friend for help!

In fact, she accused him of being “lazy” by not figuring out every single aspect of the proposal by himself.

“I told her I was doing the majority myself. Her friend was just giving some suggestions, and that it’s not lazy to want to make sure the proposal is how she wants it,” he detailed.

Nonetheless, she firmly believes he was out of line for getting her friend involved. And now, he can’t stop wondering if asking for some simple proposal ideas was really so wrong.

Do you think it’s actually thoughtful that he reached out to his girlfriend’s best friend? Or should people come up with proposals all by themselves?
