However, three years ago, she met a new man as well: her current fiancé. She is deeply in love with him and thrilled about their engagement.
She also had a change of heart about kids after watching her ex-husband start a family and told her fiancé that she wanted to have a baby.
Thankfully, he was ecstatic about that, and she is currently seven months pregnant.
Still, ever since her ex-husband heard that she was expecting, he has been really upset with her. In fact, he even wants to meet up with her and talk to her about it because he believes that she lied about not wanting children.
“But I swear I didn’t lie. I just changed. Our last period together changed me, and so did the years after the divorce,” she explained.
“Seeing everyone happy around me, I am totally lonely. Even my divorced friends had their children to love and care about and seemed content.”
She clarified that she never intended to hurt her ex-husband, either, and honestly, she has no clue why he’s upset about her pregnancy, as he seems very happy with his own family now.
Nonetheless, she’s unsure if having a baby with her new partner, despite her past desire to remain child-free being the reason why her marriage ended, really does make her a jerk.
