Isabella says Owen’s bandage changes will cost $2,4000. Owen will likely need to undergo surgery on his back leg, and the estimate for that alone is $6,000 to $8,000, though it could cost above that.

“He needs his different medications as many as three times a day as well as help eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom, so he will need around-the-clock care,” Isabella continued.

“Even with these injuries, the vet is optimistic that Owen will make a full recovery and go on to [lead] a normal life if he can complete his treatment plan!”

“They said the way he’s retained his appetite and is behaving as normal is an extremely good sign that he’s on the right track. He’s still acting like a normal, happy kitty!”
