I mean, I also have a hard time staying asleep once I get there, and I don’t find myself waking up in the middle of the night with this comforter.
I feel more refreshed and less stressed with this on my bed, and I think it is absolutely worth purchasing for yourself.
I also struggle with anxiety, and I believe I feel less anxious throughout the day after sleeping with the Eli & Elm weighted comforter.
Not only do I like what it does, I think the quality is as luxurious as they say it is. It’s made of 100% cotton, and I love the grey trim on the edge.
This comforter is created with thousands of micro glass beads to give it weight, which is quite interesting.
I don’t feel like this is suffocating to sleep under at all, which was my concern with trying out a weighted comforter. It’s the perfect amount of pressure, and it actually doesn’t make you feel hot at night.
Oh, and another benefit? My dogs love this as much as I do. You won’t be disappointed adding this to your bed!
