3 Delicious Tomato Recipes To Help You Use Up Your Summer Harvest

Instructions:

To begin, grab two cookie sheets, line them with tin foil, and add your tomatoes to both pans, along with the garlic cloves, Serrano pepper, and Jalapeño pepper.

Roast on medium-low heat in your oven for 10 minutes. Take the garlic out, and continue roasting everything else for a total of 20 minutes.

Blend up the garlic and peppers with a bit of water and salt while you wait for the tomatoes to cool down. Set this aside.

Grab a big bowl to begin creating your salsa, and add in the diced-up yellow onion. Next, get a food processor and add in the tomatoes, some of the cilantro, and some more salt. Pulse to make sure the salsa remains chunky. When you reach the desired texture, dump that out into your salsa bowl and repeat until all the tomatoes are finished.

Slowly add the blended peppers and garlic mixture to your tomato salsa, and keep checking to see if you need to add more pepper or salt.

Finally, add the green onions, mix well, and serve your end result with chips!
