“I point out the trip is in about four months, so she should be able to save up,” he added. “She informed me that she needs to use it for her credit card debt in order to get it paid off. I told her ok, and I’ll inform my family that she can’t make it.
They got into a fight over him not paying for his wife’s plane tickets, and she also got angry with him for going off to Europe without her.
“I told her this is her own fault, and if she was responsible with money, we wouldn’t be here,” he concluded.
He’s left wondering if it’s mean of him to refuse to pay for his wife’s flights so she can come on vacation with him.
