She admitted to her husband that she’s going to have a hard road ahead of her allowing him to be so free.
She requested that her husband be patient and prove to her that he loves her so that she can forget about what he’s doing with other women.
Things were fine for the following two days after she expressed her concerns to her husband, but then she felt a lot of doubt about her marriage.
All along, she’s believed her husband and marriage to be the only things that give her stability, and they have become her identity as well.
She’s encountered a lot over the years, but she was always able to rely on her husband and rock-solid marriage to see her through.
“Now that even [my] marriage has been compromised, I feel like I don’t know who I am,” she said.
“Before, when these [hard] situations had come in life, I managed to crawl up from under the rock with a brim of hope. But day by day, that voice of hope inside my heart is dying. Maybe the challenges that I have faced have made me like that.”
“Once I started feeling this and identified the trigger, I told my husband about it, and he did not take it well.”
Her husband doesn’t express empathy at all and barely has emotions. She just wanted him to hear her out, but he kept trying to give her advice.
He then argued with her that she gave him the freedom to pursue his dreams, and now she’s attempting to hold him back with consequences, whatever that means.
He then began to cry as he insisted she find a way to deal with her emotions without suffocating him in the process.
