This Teacher Has Officially Been To 193 Countries, Meaning She Has Visited Every Nation On Earth

Once she reached 100 countries, she didn’t stop there. She started researching other countries to which she could travel.

She figured out that she could go places like Afghanistan, Iran, and North Korea safely, so that’s what she did.

By the time she was in the Century Club for five years, she had visited nearly 150 countries. During that period, Hsu’s perspective shifted.

Instead of just being a tourist, she signed up for volunteer exchange programs. She stayed with locals to fully immerse herself in their cultures. Later, she applied those experiences to her classroom.

“When I ask the students, ‘what were they grateful for?’ you heard answers like, ‘I’m grateful for diversity, my freedom; I’m grateful for my educational opportunities,'” Hsu said.

“Those answers, I would say, are directly correlated to discussions I’ve had with them.”
