Lisa pressed her for a reason why she wouldn’t go to the wedding, and since she’s a terrible liar, she explained that she felt uncomfortable about the “no men” rule.
Lisa told her she was unsupportive and a bad friend. Lisa then accused her of not approving of their wedding being centered around women and their female relationship.
“I told her that it would be centered on women anyway, considering that both of the people getting married are women,” she added.
“She hung up, and I have not heard from her since, but Sophie has been sending messages saying I have internalized misogyny.”
