Despite that, the teenage boy’s parents actually threatened to press assault charges against her for the slap. But she didn’t back down and threatened to do the same if they decided to go that route.
In the midst of this whole ordeal, both her family and the teen boy and his family were asked to leave the water park. Thankfully, she also hasn’t heard anything else about the situation ever since.
“My husband, though, still thinks I overreacted a bit, which I don’t,” she vented.
So now, she’s unsure if slapping the teen boy was a reasonable reaction or if she really did cross a line.
