She Screamed At Her Husband In The Middle Of Disney World And Called Him A Deadbeat Dad For Missing Their Son’s Birthday Dinner

Her husband missed several board game nights, movie nights, etc., because at the start or in the middle, he’d sneak away and go to bed without warning.

Her husband has had medical testing done, and there hasn’t been any kind of diagnosis that would explain his sleep habits.

When they started having kids, and after a few serious conversations about his sleep habits, her husband started getting better about ditching her and others to go to sleep.

However, he fell back into old habits on a recent trip to Disney World for their son’s birthday.

“We planned a multi-day trip to Disney World with all my husband’s family to celebrate my son’s birthday,” she explained.

“It has been a Herculean effort to pull this all off, and the price tag has been hefty, but in my mind, the memories are what I care most about.”

Since her son loves space-related things, she booked a fancy, hard-to-get reservation at a space-themed restaurant at Epcot for dinner on his birthday eve.

She, her husband, and their other relatives made meticulous plans so her son could have a great night. While she had her son meet some park characters, she needed her husband to fetch his birthday present and meet them at the restaurant with it.

But when they sat down for dinner at the restaurant, her husband was nowhere to be found. She called him several times and got no answer. Her husband ended up missing their son’s birthday dinner and didn’t show up to see him with his gift until it was time for the famous Disney fireworks show.

“I don’t believe in fighting in front of my kids, but I couldn’t contain it. I had us go over to a less crowded area and just started yelling at him,” she recalled.

“I asked what happened, and he said he just wanted to take a quick nap and thought he would wake up in time. He didn’t even set an alarm.”
