She Saved Up And Finally Bought Her Dream Car, But Her Mom Called Her Selfish For Refusing To Share It With Her Younger Siblings

She tried to tell her mom that she was more than glad to help out and even give her siblings rides any time they needed. But she doesn’t want to just give them her car whenever they feel like it.

She also thinks she’s earned the right to set some boundaries with her car, given the fact that she paid for it.

Still, her mom disagrees and actually accused her of being selfish and not contributing enough to their family.

“I understand where my mom is coming from, but I feel like I’m being reasonable by setting some boundaries,” she vented.

So now, with all the pushback from her mom, she’s unsure if refusing to share her brand-new car is justified or not.

Can you understand why she’s nervous about sharing the car with her siblings? Does she have a right to set boundaries with her own car? What should she do?
