She Inherited Millions, But She’s On The Fence About Keeping This A Secret From Her Boyfriend

Along with claiming he never wants to tie the knot, her boyfriend has brought up in the past his feelings on prenups and how he would never sign one since he thinks they’re morally wrong.

She’s not sure how she feels about the kids thing, but she’s fine skipping out on getting married after watching her mom and dad’s toxic relationship deteriorate.

Her mom suggested that she make a will stating her siblings would inherit her money in case she unexpectedly passes away, so she took her mom’s advice and did just that.

She’s left wondering if she should ever say something to her boyfriend about the money, and she is worried that if she does, her relationship will head south.

Her mom maintains she shouldn’t breathe a word about her inheritance since she shouldn’t disclose financial information about herself to her boyfriend if they’re never going to get married.

“I feel like it’s weird not to, considering we plan on living together,” she said. “I know exactly how much is in his bank accounts.”

“He’s been honest, stating that he doesn’t want to get married, but he wants to be transparent with me about everything and even plans on putting me as the recipient of his house.”

She insisted her boyfriend should leave his house to his family and not her, but her boyfriend replied that his family won’t be caring for the home or living there, whereas she presumably will be at some point in time.

She feels bad not being honest with her boyfriend about how much cash she’s sitting on. Do you think she should tell him or keep the money a secret?
