She Left And Completely Ghosted Her Cheating Fiancé After Finding Out He Was Having An Affair With Their Mutual Friend

“I packed everything I owned, took all the money I put in our joint account, which was a lot since we were paying for our wedding and wanted to buy a house, I blocked [Jonathan and our friends], put my social accounts on private, changed my number, and went back to my hometown [to stay] with my mom and stepdad. I was so mad, I even left my job right away.”

After leaving her and Jonathan’s home, she only confided in a few relatives and friends who were uninvolved in the incident and decided to spend the money she was going to put toward her wedding on a big trip that lasted over three months.

When she returned to her hometown, she turned her life around. She got a new job and even started dating again.

However, her old life came creeping up on her.

“My family and friends are telling me that my ex and ex-friends are bombarding them with texts on social media,” she added.

“They want to know where I am and are asking how I’m doing. They are saying what I did was childish, and I should [at least] talk to them.”

However, she has no intention of reconnecting with Jonathan and her old friends and does not regret ghosting them after what they did to her. Still, their reaching out to her family has her wondering if she did anything wrong.

Should she consider telling Jonathan and her old friends why she ghosted them or leave it alone?
