She attempted to text her best friend the following day and change the topic to how her honeymoon went.
Her best friend saw her text message and read it, yet didn’t bother with a response. Her best friend’s wedding marks the very first time she has participated in a bridal party, as previously, she’s only gone to a wedding as a plus-one or an invited guest.
She truly didn’t believe she owed her best friend a gift, but she’s wondering if she didn’t judge this correctly.
She’s curious if it’s too late for her to pick something off her best friend’s wedding registry and send it now in an attempt to salvage their friendship.
