She and her sisters don’t want to be involved in her dad’s wedding to Natalie, let alone attend the event.
The rest of her siblings are on the same page as her. Not a single one of them knows Natalie in the least, and they also have nothing to really do with her.
She’s only met Natalie one time, and some of her siblings have gotten to interact with Natalie two times, but that’s all.
But anyway, Natalie didn’t take the news well when she and her sisters said they would rather not go wedding dress shopping with her.
“After every one of us said no to Natalie, she sent a group message to us all saying she expected more from us,” she said.
“That we’re about to be family, and none of us want to welcome her into the family. She said she has a lot of maternal love to give and would like for us to embrace that and open our minds and hearts to her being more than another of our dad’s wives.”
“She said most of us aren’t children anymore, and even the ones who are could do with being more open to having another mom in their lives. She said she’ll be the mother of more siblings one day, and for that reason alone, we should reconsider how we’re treating her.”
She’s left wondering if it is wrong of her to not want to go dress shopping with Natalie. What do you think?
