He reminded her that her being so hung up on him getting rid of it is the thing stopping him from deleting the folder.
He added that he does not even look at the photos in the folder anymore, so she should not care about them at all.
However, she isn’t convinced that her boyfriend doesn’t look through the photos in his secret folder, and she deeply cares that the folder is still in existence.
She’s left wondering why her boyfriend is hanging onto all of these photos and how he honestly expects her to believe that he doesn’t revisit them.
“I am trying to understand whether this is common or if it’s something I should continue to be concerned about if I stay in this relationship,” she concluded.
