But have no fear! There are easy ways to clean your makeup sponges at home without spending money on fancy cleaners or buying new ones. All you need is some water, dish or bar soap and a clean towel.
You can purchase the official Beautyblender cleanser, but many people have found that using dish soap, which you likely already have in your house, is just as effective.
To clean your makeup sponge with dish soap, squirt a dime-sized amount onto the sponge and gently massage it for about a minute. While you want to give your sponge a thorough clean, don’t forget to be gentle, as you don’t want to risk ripping it.
