Lisa needed this much money because several properties she owns are closing and being sold in a sequence. His wife loaned her money to help her out when the bank looked into her finances.
“No, I am not getting scammed. No, my wife is not trying to rob me. I have zero problems lending money to my close loved ones,” he clarified.
Eventually, his wife apologized and took accountability for making a poor decision when she chose not to tell him she was loaning Lisa that much money.
Despite her apology, he can’t help holding onto how sad he still is that he wasn’t even a factor when she was planning to let Lisa borrow money from them.
He was sad she didn’t ask him first, not that she loaned the money. If he could, he wouldn’t mind giving away all his money if one of his wife’s friends was in need.
