The following day, her neighbor came over to her house and let her know that he knew she was the person who called animal control since she was the only neighbor with a clear view into his backyard.
Her neighbor then said that because of her call to animal control, his daughter no longer has a service dog.
Even though she felt like she had been doing what was best for the dogs by reporting her neighbors, she felt guilty that her neighbors’ daughter didn’t have the service dog she relied on.
