Cranberry Aperol Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2.5 ounces of Aperol
- 3 ounces of prosecco
- 1/2 ounce of cranberry syrup (you can make it yourself at home or use the syrup at the bottom of a can or jar of cranberry sauce!)
- 1 ounce of soda water or sparkling water
- Ice
- Rosemary spring and dried citrus wheels (for garnish)
To make your Cranberry Aperol Spritz, start by filling your glass with ice. Next, add your Aperol, followed by the prosecco. Then, pour in your cranberry syrup and top the beverage with the sparkling water.
Give your drink a good stir to let all those yummy flavors marry, and finally, garnish it with a sprig of rosemary and a dried citrus wheel on the edge of the glass.
