She Doesn’t Want To Wait For Her Husband To Drive Her To The Hospital If She Goes Into Labor, And He’s Upset About It

Not to mention, she and her husband have already had past discussions about their travel plan when she goes into labor. Apparently, her husband only works about five minutes away from the hospital.

So, if he was at work, then she planned to just have a friend or family member bring her there. After all, what’s the point in her husband going to get her if he’s already practically at the hospital?

“And if I was put in that situation, I would probably just tell him that I was on the way or already at the hospital,” she admitted.

Still, with her husband acting so distraught over this, she’s now wondering whether not wanting to wait for him to drive her to the hospital actually makes her the jerk.

Do you agree that 20 minutes seems too long to wait for a ride to the hospital? Can you understand why her husband wants to be there? Even so, should she be the one waiting or calling the shots?
