“Drama has now ensued because she called the nanny and was told no. My nanny packed up the kids and left to go do something because she knew my sister would just show up,” she explained.
“She did. She dropped her kids off on my porch, and when my nanny noticed on the camera they were there, she called my sister, who didn’t answer. So, she called me, and I called the cops.”
Since it was difficult to find someone to entrust her children with, and she didn’t want her nanny to be overworked by watching extra children, she knew that she had to take action to make sure her sister saw the consequences of her actions.
Because her nanny travels with her from time to time, often on short notice, her nanny is contracted to only work for her family.
So, her nanny is compensated for working under only those specific terms, and her sister bringing over other children for her to watch would be going against the terms of her contract.
“The cops picked up the kids, and now there is a CPS case open because they couldn’t get a hold of my sister for hours,” she shared.
Now, her entire family is angry with her and telling her that this whole situation is her fault. According to her family, she should have just compensated her nanny accordingly to watch her sister’s children, but she doesn’t agree with this since that goes completely against her nanny’s contract.
