He really likes this part of her body, but he never told her that until now, and in the moment, he figured it was fine to point it out to her because he didn’t think it was negative at all.

In hindsight, he can see how he upset his girlfriend and hurt her feelings, and the morning after that incident, he did say sorry to her.

His girlfriend accepted his apology, but ever since then, she has been clearly insecure and uncomfortable around him.
