This Boss Believes That The Best Employees You Can Have Happen To Be Depressed

Many believe that this post of his is manipulative and narcissistic. His “advice” suggests that rather than offering support or guidance to depressed employees, they should be using them to their advantage and essentially keep them under their power as an employer.

Instead of encouraging their employees to be proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial, they should keep their employees at a level that they can control them, which won’t allow them to think of pursuing any other job out there.

Commenters are shocked at the audacity of this man to not only think this way but to make a public post about it for others to read.

Hopefully, he doesn’t convince too many other employers to adopt this odd mindset of his.
