Directions:
First, locate a fresh baguette and slice it into bite-sized pieces. Next, lay the bread out onto a baking sheet, drizzle the slices with a tablespoon of olive oil, and rub each slice with garlic.
Place them into the oven and toast them for eight to ten minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, prepare the burrata cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together two tablespoons of olive oil, freshly sliced basil leaves, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Then, set the burrata cheese in a separate bowl and cut it open with a knife. Add just a pinch of salt.
Finally, pour the lemon basil mixture over the burrata. The creamy center will ooze out into the bowl and blend seamlessly with the lemon basil topping.
Spread the combination on the garlic toast. You can also serve it with sliced heirloom tomatoes!
