-A pinch of red chili flakes
-Ground black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
-1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
-Chopped cilantro
Directions:
Start by grabbing a pair of kitchen shears and cutting along the side of the shell of the lobster tail. Take care not to cut the actual meat. Peel the shell back and leave the meat attached to the bottom “fan” part of the tail.
Next, separate the meat from the rest of the shell while still leaving on the end piece of the tail. Then, get to work on the sauce for the lobster tails. You’ll need some butter, lemon juice, garlic paste, a pinch of salt, red chili flakes, black pepper, dried oregano, and chopped cilantro.
Combine the ingredients in a small bowl, then drizzle the sauce over the lobster tails. Cover with foil and bake it at 375 degrees for fifteen to eighteen minutes. The lobster tails should come out perfectly done, not too chewy, and drenched in a lemony garlic butter sauce.
