Add the tuna mixture to a heart-shaped mold, filling it up halfway. Make sure it is packed in tight by pressing a spoon or pastry knife into the mold. Then, add the avocado mixture on top to fill up the rest of the mold.
Scrape off the excess to smooth it out, and carefully lift away the mold. Finally, garnish the heart with pink peppercorns and micro greens. You can serve it with fried wonton chips or plantain chips. Enjoy this tuna tartare with your Valentine!
