Frozen Vegetables Are The Star Of This Recipe, And If You’ve Never Really Been A Fan, You’re About To Be

-1 box (8 ounces) of frozen quartered artichoke hearts

-1 box (10 ounces) of frozen chopped spinach

-1/2 cup of frozen sweet peas

-1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream (optional)

-1/4 cup of 2% plain Greek yogurt

-1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

-Salt and pepper

Directions:

First, follow the cooking instructions for each frozen vegetable except for the sweet peas. Next, sauté the onions and artichokes over medium heat until they become tender. Season them with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings of your choice. Then, add in the spinach, sweet peas, cream, yogurt, and parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is nicely melted and the peas are soft.
