Her Friend Ghosted Her After They Slept Together And She Feels Confused As To Why That Happened

It was a really romantic evening that ended with a walk to her car and a kiss goodbye. The following days were far from what the woman had hoped for, though.

The guy did not reach out to her the next morning, and they only saw each other again due to an accidental run-in. Apparently, he would not even look at the woman and acted extremely cold toward her.

The woman tried to be understanding and considered that he might have been having a bad day. But then, he sent her an odd text message a few hours later.

The guy started showering the woman with compliments– telling her she was amazing, lovely, delicate, and that he did not want her to feel used.

“He has not said a word to me since. I have seen him twice, and he completely ignores me,” the woman said.

Now, she is extremely hurt and does feel used. The woman never planned to sleep with him and understands if he is not looking for a relationship. But, what she does not understand is why the guy could not be honest.

“Why do people do this? How hard is it to make a call or write out a freaking, ‘I’m sorry, I’m not interested,’ text?” the woman asked.

Since the whole ordeal, the woman’s self-esteem has taken a significant blow.

Do you think the woman should have done something differently? Or is she just another victim of unnecessary ghosting?
