She Went On A Mini Golf Date With A Guy Who Complained About How Expensive It Was Before Getting Upset With Her For Not Wearing Heels

There have got to be hundreds of “bad date” stories out there, and we’ve found an extremely terrible one that’s worth sharing.

A TikTok user named Caysie made a video describing an awful date she had with a guy that she had been talking to online for a couple of weeks.

When the two finally decided to plan their first in-person date, Caysie suggested going to play some mini-golf.

“It’s [mini-golf] better than dinner, it’s more fun,” says Caysie.

Caysie watched her date pull up to the mini-golf place in his Audi car before they walked in together to purchase their admission tickets.

After the cashier told the couple that it would cost $14 for the two of them to play, her date looked appalled.

“I just can’t believe mini golf is so expensive these days,” he said.

Caysie notes that during some of their past conversations, her date would constantly talk about how he was financially independent, and how happy he was to have a well-paying job. Interesting.

“I didn’t expect for him to pay for me at all,” says Caysie. “Why are you [her date] physically cringing at the $14. I feel like that’s cheap for mini-golf. Mini golf can get really expensive these days.”

Caysie’s date continued to be rude, sighing in frustration after paying for both of their tickets, and asking the cashier if they could play on the opposite course from the one she said she wanted.

The guy then started to try and make conversation, asking Caysie if she had ever seen Star Wars. After telling him no, he genuinely became upset.

Caysie’s date furiously asked her, “Why are we on this date right now?”

“I didn’t realize that was a qualifying factor,” says Caysie. “I didn’t realize that was a dealbreaker.”

Caysie’s date continued to be upset, and even went as far as calling her uncultured!

Caysie says that the date kept getting worse as the night went on, and her date finished the evening by telling her that they should see each other again.

Then, he gave her an attitude about the amount of gas money he had to spend to drive to the mini-golf course before leaving.

Oh, and she also pointed out in the caption of her video that this guy was mad at her for not wearing heels on their date too.

Other TikTok users were not happy to hear about Caysie’s date.

“He sounds like a child,” commented one user.

“Normalize leaving dates if the first 5 minutes are whack,” commented another.

We hope you find someone who treats you right, Caysie!
