The most recent instance where this happened was during Christmas. She questioned Chris about what he planned to buy Ashley for Christmas, and he replied that there really isn’t anything left to get her since she doesn’t want anything.
Ashley and Chris just have the money to buy whatever they want or whatever the other person wants so holiday gifts are pointless to them.
Fast forward to several evenings ago, she went to dinner with Tony, Ashley, Chris, and the in-laws (Chris and Tony’s family).
Chris and Tony’s parents were footing the bill for the family dinner, which also included Chris and Tony’s sister named Sarah and her fiancé Mark, along with Mark’s mom and dad.
Chris and Tony’s parents are exceptionally wealthy, though Tony is viewed by the family as incredibly disappointing for not being on their level.
Chris and Tony’s parents do pitch in to pay for anything they do together as a family, like lavish dinners, though they refused to help her and Tony out financially despite the fact that they help their other children.
In Tony’s past, he had some kind of a problem which is why his parents absolutely won’t give them money.
Anyway, at their family dinner that evening, Chris and Tony’s dad wanted to know if Ashley got to do anything exciting to celebrate her recent birthday.
“They jump right in to tell everyone about how he took(flew) her to Vegas to see some show she wanted to see, got an expensive hotel, went to multiple expensive restaurants and then lost a bunch of money gambling,” she continued.
“As this is happening I am staring at my $85 dinner, that honestly I would rather have the money for, at my fiancé’s expensive dinner, that I would rather have the money for and just feeling really low.”
