Jennifer Sullivan, a 45-year-old former resident of Milford, Connecticut, was known to be “the life of every party” while growing up – adored by all of her family members.

However, the mother of two also struggled with addiction, and after getting kicked out of a rehab facility in 2022, Jennifer vanished.

“She has a 26-year-old son who loves her and an 18-year-old daughter who misses her terribly. It’s hard,” said Jennifer’s mother, Valerie Booth, in January 2023.

“It’s ripped us apart. I just need some closure, you know. I think that’s what I want. I don’t even know. Are they going to find her dead someplace? I don’t know.”

Leading up to her disappearance, Jennifer had traveled home for Christmas in 2021. Then, she returned to a rehab facility in New London, Connecticut, in January of 2022.

At the time, she’d been working at a local painting company and would always call either her mother, Valerie, or her daughter every single day. But the last phone call between Valerie and her daughter was different.

“She used and ended up getting kicked out, so she called me and told me she was going to find another place or come home, and then she went missing,” Valerie recalled.

On January 6, 2022, Jennifer was last seen leaving her residence in New London on foot. She has not been seen or heard from since.

After Jennifer’s family hadn’t heard from her again for about two weeks, they contacted the Milford Police Department and reported that she was missing on January 30, 2022.
